A .NET engineer who cares about the whole system.

I build secure, scalable enterprise systems that quietly run whole organisations.

I'm a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with 12+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications across government, education and enterprise domains in the UAE and India.

I specialise in .NET (6/8/10), ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and SQL Server, with Razor, React and Angular on the front end and .NET MAUI and Xamarin for mobile — plus RESTful APIs, authentication systems, CI/CD pipelines, containerised deployments and secure development aligned with OWASP.

Today I lead development of enterprise platforms at City University Ajman — from gathering requirements with academic departments to architecture, delivery and mentoring junior developers.

Along the way I've built Dubai Municipality's inspection and advertisement-permit systems, ERP, HR and payroll modules for a 12-company group, and university platforms used across academic departments — integrating payment gateways and government APIs, and supporting hundreds of business users.

  1. Sep 2020 — Present

    Senior Software Engineer

    City University Ajman · Ajman, UAE

    Leading development of complex software solutions, including the University Management System (UMS), Lead Management, Task Management, Tactical Operational Plans and the university mobile app.

    • Architected robust solutions using .NET 8 and optimised SQL Server databases with high-efficiency stored procedures.
    • Developed responsive web UIs and cross-platform mobile interfaces using .NET MAUI.
    • Implemented JWT authentication, role-based access control and approval workflows across enterprise modules.
    • Integrated government services, including MOE certificate attestation APIs.
    • Mentored junior developers and maintained code quality through code reviews, performance tuning and security best practices.

    Senior Application Web Developer

    Managed IT operations and enterprise applications for 12 subsidiaries and 400+ users across the UAE, in real estate, construction and manufacturing.

    • Designed and maintained ERP, HR and Payroll modules using Oracle APEX, ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server.
    • Built and maintained applications for Attendance, BOQ Costing, Asset Management and Finance.
    • Created reports with Oracle APEX and SSRS.
    • Administered data centres and resolved high-level technical escalations via ManageEngine ServiceDesk.

    Developed specialised software for the Dubai Government, including Dubai Municipality's inspection and advertisement-permit systems, plus an e-commerce platform.

    • Built inspection workflow modules, reporting dashboards and regulatory compliance tracking with ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server.
    • Developed an online advertisement-permit system with multi-level approval workflows for municipality officials.
    • Integrated third-party applications and payment gateways using secure SOAP/RESTful APIs.
